**Production Coordinator**

As the **Production Coordinator** for ARN's Visual Production team, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of our Production team. Your primary responsibilities include the support of creative productions, assisting the creative leads in pre-production, production and postproduction processes. You will be instrumental in managing and updating our project management tool, Click Up, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery of projects. You will also play a key role in coordinating studio bookings, liaising with internal departments and stakeholders for video and audio recordings, both within our studio and external locations.

**About The Role**:

- Regularly update and maintain the Visual Production team's project management tool, Click Up.
- Assign, initiate and respond to Creative Briefs that come in via the Visual Production team’s Briefing Portal (Click Up Form)
- Manage the calendar and production teamwork scheduling.
- Assist content leads, the visual creative director, and the Head of Production in producing and delivering key creative assets across video, audio, and design disciplines.
- Contribute to the overall success of the production team by offering support in pre-production, production, and post-production processes.
- Coordinating shoots and productions. Managing call sheets, releases, and permits.
- Support Head of Production with travel arrangements, expense, and diary management to enable better workflow through the team.
- Monitor and manage production budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.

**About You**:

- A background in film, television, or a creative agency is preferred.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in media production, film, or a related field are advantageous.
- Knowledge of the Creative Suite.
- Familiar with the video production process.
- Extremely organized with an attention to detail.
- Excellent communicator, capable of liaising effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Strong understanding of pre-production, production, and postproduction processes.
- Experience with project management tools, particularly Click Up, is advantageous.
- Skills in video, audio, and static production are desirable.
