**About the Role**

You’ll be managing a well-maintained portfolio of residential properties with the support of an experienced team and streamlined systems.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties across the Parramatta and Sydney area
- Conduct routine, entry, and exit inspections
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and contractor appointments
- Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants, maintaining strong relationships
- Handle lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenancy agreements
- Manage rental arrears and compliance requirements
- Prepare tribunal documentation and attend NCAT hearings when required
- Work collaboratively with the sales and administration teams

**Skills & Experience**
- Current **Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice** or **Certificate of Registration (NSW)**:

- Willing to obtain **Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice**:

- Minimum **1-2 years’ experience** in property management preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficient with **Property Tree**, or similar property management software
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 38 per week
