**Our Client**:
Recently growing from 2 offices to 3, our client is Real Estate Agency of 40+ strong staff across Residential and Commercial who have an exemplary customer-service record and an excellent reputation in the market.

**Duties**:
Supporting a dedicated team of property managers, your day will be diverse and include:

- Drafting and posting advertisements for available rentals
- Liaising with tenants to arrange inspection times
- Chasing late rental payments (arrears) to 14 days
- Arranging trades and property access for repairs
- Enter bills, Council rates and Strata levies

**Specific requirements**:

- Office admin experience
- Possess a strong desire to work in Real Estate
- Ideally have or have commenced your Certificate of Registration
- Be comfortable in a multi-cultural environment
