About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Property Manager to join our friendly and professional team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer service, time management, and problem-solving, ensuring our landlords and tenants receive the highest level of care and communication.

You'll be managing a well-maintained portfolio of residential properties with the support of an experienced team and streamlined systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties across the Parramatta and Sydney area
  • Conduct routine, entry, and exit inspections
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and contractor appointments
  • Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants, maintaining strong relationships
  • Handle lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenancy agreements
  • Manage rental arrears and compliance requirements
  • Prepare tribunal documentation and attend NCAT hearings when required
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and administration teams

Skills & Experience

  • Current Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or Certificate of Registration (NSW)
  • Willing to obtain Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
  • Minimum 1–2 years' experience in property management preferred
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficient with Property Tree, or similar property management software
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
  • Professional presentation and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 38 per week
