- $34.58/hour + super + benefits**About the role**:
Our client is a large, Australian-owned company who is looking to employ a full-time Scheduler in their Adelaide office, who is well organised, has a strong attention to detail, good communication and customer service skills for an immediate start. Starting casual, full time with the view to go permanent after completing probation period.
- Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Be the first point of contact for all scheduling enquires and issues
- Monitoring scheduling changes and implement accordingly
- Provide regular client updates
- Monitor and track job progress
- Creating and maintaining a logical and achievable daily workflow for technicians
- Coordinating the completion and closure of jobs
- Following up on incomplete or problematic jobs to ensure completion and customer satisfaction
- General office duties as required

**Skills/Experience**:

- Experience in scheduling trade & services sector (desirable)
- Ability to easily build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to work methodically, accurately and with rigid timelines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong PC skills
- Experience with Exo software package an advantage but not essential
- Excellent problem solver and ability to manage multiple deadlines and business drivers
- Call Centre experience an advantage but not essential
