Portfolio Practice Lead for Business Readiness to work on a two year Workplace Transformation to improve both staff and clients accessibility, inclusivity and equality.

Work in a team focussed on outcomes who are passionate, driven and committed to supporting the organisation through this transformation.

**Your Duties/Background**
- You will lead, innovate and direct the Business Readiness practice team (Organisational Change Management) to ensure delivery of quality outcomes for workplace projects across all lifecycle stages
- You will build the capability of the Business Readiness team & broader Workplace Transformation team on change and communications contributions to project delivery
- Be an advisor to key executive teams/clients to ensure change leadership to support strategic outcomes
- Recruit & engage talent - performance planning, team engagement activities etc.
- Work with wider program leadership team activities and delivery plan

**Desirable Experience**
- Change Management leader - creative change maker
- Previous experience working in office refurbishment/relocations/agile working projects
- Strong ability to engage and influence senior executives including building change leadership capability
- You are an exceptional communicator, both written and verbal, with well-practiced listening skills
