**The Opportunity...**
A rare opportunity is now available at **NAPA** **Coopers Plains** for an experienced **Internal Accounts Manager **who has an automotive parts background. We call this role our Internal Business Development Manager as your key focus will be to develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders in our existing customer base, as well as following up new business opportunities.
Working within the NAPA Coopers Plains Branch, you will provide a first-class customer experience whilst maintaining and growing business. Your strong communication skills and ability to prioritise workloads will hold you in good stead, along with your team focussed attitude and sound problem-solving skills This is a great opportunity looking to build a strong, lasting career in sales with an industry leader
**Your duties will include (but not be limited to)**:

- Provide a level of sales and service to all customers that exceeds their expectations and builds customer relationships ensuring Napa is the first source of supply and knowledge
- Be the point of contact for mobile customers
- Work with team members to complete tasks such as special ordering, collection of overdue accounts, account administration, and assisting with counter /phone sales
- Create an internal / Branch level relationship with selected key accounts, in particularly focusing on development of news customers and increased depth of sales across branch customer base
- Maintain a portfolio of existing accounts and actively identify new customers to generate new business opportunities
- Ensure customer complaints are handled in a professional manner, as a matter of urgency
