About the Role
This purpose of this position is to provide leading customer service and administrational support of agreed projects, contracts, and general transactions to our distribution customers within the Irrigation & Rural market segments.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for end-to-end management of day-to-day orders and projects (small, medium, large) with selected customers across the East Coast of Australia.-
- Provide great customer experience by maintaining effective communication both internally with key stakeholders and externally with our Irrigation and Rural distributors.- Strict adherence to the agreed KPIs around project timelines, pricing, order management and delivery- Provide positive support to the Sales team to successfully execute key account plans of agreed customers.- Support a safety-first culture through visible and effective leadership and workforce engagement, to achieve the best possible standards of workplace safety.
Requirements- Experience in customer service, project administration or pricing would be advantageous.- Current or previous experience working for a distributor or supplier to the Plumbing, Hardware, Civil or Irrigation market segments.- A resilient and positive personality and exceptional communication skills can collaborate with both internal & external stakeholders.- Ability to manage complex orders.
