As a Customer Service Agent, you will be assisting everyday Aussies with basic enquiries. You will be assisting customers who are calling up looking to gain additional information regarding local voting centers and general inquiries, providing a bias-free solution to their enquiry. This is the perfect opportunity for anyone looking to make an impact within TSA and test themselves with something new

**What You Need to Know About Your New Role**

- ** Start Dates**: Contracts starting from March 2025
- ** Availability**: Work within our rotating roster, 6am - 9pm Monday to Sunday.

**Roster**:Part-time roster (25 - 35 hours per week)**
