**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with internal departments to improve customer experience.
- Follow operating procedures and oversee P/A & RFQ processes.
- Manage product costs efficiently.
- Conduct customer feedback surveys and attend customer meetings.
- Handle system data entry and draft reports.
- Assist with customer inquiries, both technical and non-technical.

**Professional Competencies**:

- Proficiency in a second language for communication purposes is advantageous.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office operating apps such as Excel, Word, etc.
- Familiarity with SaaS operating systems.
- Efficient in data management.
- Strong mathematical skills (a good academic record is beneficial).
- Demonstrated accomplishment in new technologies and techniques through self-learning.
- Proficiency in a second language for communications, other than English, is an advantage.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an office working environment.
