**About the role**

WA Cricket is on the lookout for vibrant and enthusiastic individuals to join our Membership Team in casual roles, helping us deliver exceptional customer service to our valued WACA Members.

As a **Customer Service Administrator**, you’ll be the friendly face and helpful voice for our Members, providing up-to-date information about their benefits and products, responding to general enquiries, and managing incoming calls.

You’ll also play a key role on match days at both the WACA Ground and Optus Stadium, ensuring our Members have a seamless and enjoyable experience.

**What we’re looking for**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to other systems
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- A flexible, proactive approach to work
- Previous experience in customer service or a call centre environment is a bonus
