**About the Role**
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service/Administration Officer with exceptional communication skills to join our team. This role is critical to the smooth operation of our office and production scheduling. You will be the first point of contact for many of our valued clients and will play a central role in ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently across departments.
**Specific Duties**
- Acting as a liaison between customers and internal departments (production, design, accounts, management).
- Receiving stock and entering orders for production.
- Liaising with executive management to deliver customer tailored solutions.
- Learn and efficiently use Doree production software.
**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 2 years experience working in an administration position with a strong customer service focus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised individual with the ability manage competing priorities while delivering a superior customer service experience.
- Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook skills essential with ability to learn new software/systems.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Outgoing and friendly personality.
