About the role
We are recruiting an Integrated Supply Planner to be based between our Sydney CBD office and Woolworth’s Bella Vista located office. You will be supporting us with our supply planning function within Woolworths, and assisting us to guarantee high customer service levels, optimal inventory, mínimal business waste and reduced shipping costs in line with our policies and procedures.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
Managing and continuously improving the daily supply plan into Woolworths, escalating delivery issues, managing transport bookings.
Collaborating with key Woolworths & Sales stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcome on shelf.
Preparing regular reports to support SunRice’s Supply Chain planning processes.
Analysis of the Woolworths forecast data, preparing forecast deck, and conducting regular forecast information with WW team.
Manage plans for Excess inventory in conjunction with Supply chain team.
Preparing reports and attending meetings internally and externally.
Working to continually develop the ISP function in WW.
Contributing to reporting that serves to promptly inform the customer and rapidly identify and escalate issues.
Participate in Riviana Supply chain projects representing the Customer Focus objective.
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in similar role, ideally from within Woolworths, or a similar large business.
Previous demand / supply planning process experience.
Strong PC skills including SAP MRP planning, and MS Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint.
Previous exposure to supply chain reporting tools/processes.
Ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders internally, including Sales, Marketing and Supply, Planning, Logistics, and Customer Service teams.
Enjoy collaborating and working as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail, strong time management and analytical skills.
