**THE ORGANISATION**
This Australian based organisation is only 5 years old, with 150 employees across Australia, with strong marketing initiatives, their brand is at the heart of everything they do. Recognising that their people are the most important part to their ongoing success, the HR function is well integrated into the business.

**THE ROLE**
Reporting directly to the HR Director, this role is responsible for proactively leading all aspects of HR support for all managers and employees within NSW. You will support the HR Director on identifying and executing strategic initiatives that will enable business performance, including talent management and engagement. You will partner directly with functional business teams and be proactive in working with managers to maximise employee performance. You will also partner with line managers to source quality training and development solutions in line with the global training and development philosophy.

**THE CRITERIA**
To be considered for this position you must have 3 years+ business partnering experience working closely with senior leaders. You must have proved success in executing HR strategies as well as delivery of the standard HR practices.
