The HRBP is responsible for leading the HR operations across Australia. You will be responsible for executing the Global HR Strategy by partnering with business leaders to support overall business operations and goals. The role designs and implements country-specific HR policies and procedures that align with the global HR strategy and deliver on local business objectives.

In your first few weeks in this HR Business Partner role, you can expect to:

- Partner with senior stakeholders on complex and strategic HR topics to provide guidance and business support
- Work closely with the region and local HR team to deliver on key KPIs and objectives
- Create, implement, and maintain action plans for HR policy and procedure changes, ensuring compliance with all local legislation in line with Group standards
- Deliver the implementation and execution of the people strategy and key employee lifecycle activities
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to ensure the right skills and roles are in place to meet business needs.
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Advanced experience developing and delivering HR strategic projects
- The ability to communicate at senior levels of the business
- Proven experience working with a large global HR ecosystem.
