The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for the proactive communication between the client and the warehouse. It will be the main contact point using RECAP as a tool to record every single case and resolution of conflicts. The person in this role need to be a customer face driven and also an internal customer support, interacting with key player in the operation and communicate in proper terms with the parties. With an emphasis on discovering your potential and determination to connect with your fellow forwarders, this is an opportunity for you to thrive in a close and supportive team environment, valuing active listening and diversity of thinking.

**You will be responsible for (but not limited to)**:

- Recap tickets resolution in no more than 24 hours. (Close tickets with a resolution message to the client)
- Using RECAP as a tool to record every single case and resolution of conflict
- Follow up the improvements from the operation which will mitigate the re-occurrence of the same issue
- Customer satisfaction related to the communication and fast resolution of cases

**About you**:

- Degree in administration or engineering
- Experience with database environments and global enterprises such as Cargo wise or SAP (desirable but not indispensable)
- Communication-Verbal and Written
- Highly self motivated
- Work Independently
