**Job Title: APAC Talent Coordinator**

**Location: Sydney (Hybrid)**

**Duration: 12 Months Contract initially**

**Duties**:

- Support 2-3 talent partners across the APAC region
- Adhere to our internal global recruitment methodology
- Partner closely with talent partner and/or legal to create and distribute employment contracts/documents
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires into the business
- Audit offer and post-offer information to ensure data accuracy for a smooth new hire integration process
- Identify opportunities to streamline or enhance processes and procedures
- Prepare reports on a weekly/monthly basis

**Skills**:

- Strong administration experience with a focus on customer experience
- Eager and willing to learn
- Understanding of compliance and governance
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with stakeholders at various levels
- Exceptional attention to detail and relationship building skills
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple projects
- Adept and disciplined in using complex systems and technologies
