**Job Description**:
We’re looking for an** APAC Talent Coordinator **to join Procore’s International Talent Acquisition team to support our rapid growth in APAC. The main focus for this role will be recruitment coordination as well as sourcing top talent for the region.

As our **APAC Talent Coordinator, **you will have the opportunity to contribute to our world-class hiring experience. On the coordination side, you will work with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate and schedule interviews as requested. You will have a proven ability to take initiative, work with a sense of urgency, adapt and pivot with changing priorities and build lasting relationships. On the sourcing side, you will work closely with our recruiters and hiring managers to search and engage top talent across a number of verticals.

This position will be based in Sydney, Australia. Remote delivery will be considered based on experience. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

**What you’ll do**:

- Schedule interviews and manage logistics throughout the interview process
- Source top talent across a number of verticals - balance building long-term, relationship-driven pipelines as well as immediate demands
- Track pipeline activity to share with internal customers and act as the owner of our sourcing, pipeline and talent market
- Become an expert across our talent systems (SmartRecruiters, Gem and LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Be an advocate for diversity and inclusion and making sure it’s front of mind for all of our recruitment activity

**What we’re looking for**:

- 2+ years of talent acquisition and/or customer facing experience in a fast paced global organization
- Ability to develop a deep understanding of assigned roles, with an emphasis on probing for details
- Experience working in high volume environments and an understand the importance of prioritisation
- A focus on building balanced teams
- Strong follow up skills, keeping multiple plates spinning
- Experience finding information and be unafraid to ask questions
