**Location**: our recruitment team work across the region as required - with our main offices are based at Strathpine and Caboolture
- $77,551 pa + super (up to 12%) + leave loading
- 72.5 hour fortnight

**About our opportunity**
Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking an internal recruitment extraordinaire to join our busy internal recruitment team, finding exceptional talent to help support our beautiful, growing region
As one of our Recruitment Officer's you will partner with the leaders in our organisation to ensure that specific resourcing objectives are achieved, managing end-to-end recruitment processes including brief, schedule, advertise, shortlist, interview and offers.
You will develop sourcing and attraction strategies, provide market insights, and coach and develop stakeholders on best practice recruitment practices to drive effective talent acquisition that meets both current and future organisational needs.

**About you**
We are seeking an experienced internal recruiter/ talent acquisition specialist looking for their next challenge... sound like you?
Passionate about the delivery of a high-quality experience, you will be energised by using your previous experience to deliver contemporary recruitment practices.
As a natural communicator you will understand the importance of building quality stakeholder relationships, and look to establish trust and credibility to become a source for specialist advice in the organisation.
With your understanding of modern recruitment technologies and systems (we currently use PageUp), and your desire to drive the values of MBRC, you will quickly become a valuable member of our team
