Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process across multiple offices.
  • This role requires an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to oversee the work of junior recruiters and provide guidance on tasks and responsibilities.
  • The Talent Acquisition Manager will collaborate with senior management to fill operational roles and optimize external recruitment advertising platforms, including Seek and Indeed.
  • The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for finding top talent and building a career in recruitment, holding 1+ years of experience in recruitment, resourcing, sales, or call centre environments.

About This Role:

The successful candidate will possess high energy and motivation, with experience managing a team. They will leverage an ATS system (JobAdder) to streamline sales recruitment, prepare weekly reports, and provide recruitment updates to senior management. Participating in weekly sales KPI meetings is also essential.
