Job Overview

This is a permanent full-time position with a global organisation. As a key team member, you will be responsible for generating recruitment opportunities and furthering the brand awareness and service offering.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced recruitment professional to manage the entire talent lifecycle, from initial pre-screen to internal interview, through to finalisation of placements. This role requires strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills, as well as a collaborative mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Candidate Management: Manage the entire talent lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for individuals seeking new career opportunities.
  • Internal Interviewing: Administer in-depth interviews to assess candidates' capabilities and alignment with clients' needs.
  • Placement Management: Facilitate the placement process, for either permanent or contract roles, from inception to finalisation.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain fruitful relationships with clients, including new business development and relationship management.
  • Job Order Generation: Collaborate with clients to generate job orders that align with their staffing needs and objectives.
  • Consultative Recruitment: Advise clients on recruitment strategies, including candidate selection, profile presentation, and negotiation.
  • Post-Placement Support: Provide ongoing care and support to both clients and candidates post-placement to ensure a successful partnership.
Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years working in recruitment
