Reporting to the Management Team, your requirements and responsibilities will include:

- Developing relationships and partnerships with other companies.
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
- Increasing client base
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Negotiation with clients
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
- Researching business opportunities and visible income streams

Skills Requirements:

- High-level communication skills
- Proven ability to negotiate
- Conflict resolution
- The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
- Experience working to and exceeding targets
- Understanding of housing design and steel structural

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
