**The Opportunity**
This is a true all-rounder role that will enable you to build your Human Resources (HR) skills and knowledge to grow your future career.
Be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking HR team, dedicated to creating a positive and inclusive workplace environment where our people can thrive and grow. Collaborate closely with the HR manager and Divisional Leads and take charge of the day-to-day recruitment and administration tasks associated with attracting, recruiting, and onboarding talent across various levels, from entry-level to senior positions. Your expertise and dedication will make a significant impact on our business as we strive for excellence in all aspects of our people practices.
**Responsibilities will include**:
- Assist with all aspects of the employee life cycle, including, induction activities, staff movements and exit processes;
- Assist with the cyclical HR processes, including performance & remuneration review processes and leadership and development planning;
- Help coordinate the delivery of HR events, including wellbeing initiatives, employee engagement surveys and reward and recognition activities;
- Undertake project work in consultation with the broader HR team;
- Provide ad hoc support to members of the HR team;

**What you bring**:
- Completed or working towards a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent;
- Previous experience in an administration role, preferably within a HR department;
- Previous experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Employment Hero HRIS is highly regarded;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate inductions and training sessions;
- Demonstrated initiative, time-management and organisational skills;
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality of information;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, such as Outlook, Work, Excel and PowerPoint;
- A keen interest in learning and developing, with a positive and self-motivated approach to your career.
