**The Opportunity**

This is a true all-rounder role that will enable you to build your Human Resources (HR) skills and knowledge to grow your future career.

Collaborate closely with the HR manager and Divisional Leads and take charge of the day-to-day recruitment and administration tasks associated with attracting, recruiting, and onboarding talent across various levels, from entry-level to senior positions. Your expertise and dedication will make a significant impact on our business as we strive for excellence in all aspects of our people practices.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Assist with all aspects of the employee life cycle, including, induction activities, staff movements and exit processes;
- Assist with the cyclical HR processes, including performance & remuneration review processes and leadership and development planning;
- Help coordinate the delivery of HR events, including wellbeing initiatives, employee engagement surveys and reward and recognition activities;
- Undertake project work in consultation with the broader HR team;
- Provide ad hoc support to members of the HR team;

**What you bring**:

- Completed or working towards a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent;
- Previous experience in an administration role, preferably within a HR department;
- Previous experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Employment Hero HRIS is highly regarded;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate inductions and training sessions;
- Demonstrated initiative, time-management and organisational skills;
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality of information;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, such as Outlook, Work, Excel and PowerPoint;
- A keen interest in learning and developing, with a positive and self-motivated approach to your career.
