**About The Role**

**Other key responsibilities include**:

- Responsibility for projects involving implementation, testing, designing, upgrading and changing D365 modules
- Providing Leadership to Level 2 Support team and escalation point on D365 related issues
- Ensuring effective reporting based on agile principles and ensuring best usage of resources
- Contributing to the team’s business plan
- Working constructively with other team members to support a collaborative culture

**About You**

You will have hands on experience in managing enterprise platforms like D365 (F&O, Commerce and Customer Engagement)

You will also bring:

- Experience working with System Integrators and Managed Services Providers to effectively manage ITIL processes
- Good exposure to implementing enhancements to existing system processes and adding new functionalities
- Considerable experience managing enterprise platforms
- Relevant certifications for D365 is a must

This is an exciting opportunity to be a key member of the System Modernisation program at Elders, a company that promotes a positive and healthy work-life balance for employees. The role will be offered as a 24 month fixed term contract with potential to extend.
