**About The Role**

As a Learning Specialist based in Adelaide, your mission is to empower our clients with the knowledge and support they need to become successful and satisfied users of our products. You'll achieve this through training and education, making use of the flipped classroom approach to facilitate engaging learning sessions.- Beyond this, play a vital role in shaping the continuous development and design of our client and user education, using your expertise in creating and maintaining training materials, as well as collaborating with various teams to ensure our customers receive the best educational experience.

**You Have Experience In**:

- Working closely with clients and supporting them through their success
- Analysing and understanding training needs for users
- Building training materials in multiple mediums, including written and video
- Documenting and designing processes related to the delivery of a training curriculum
- Facilitating group training sessions virtually and in person
- Creating videos including scripting, recording and editing for a similar industry
- Facilitation of customer centric live drop in sessions
- Facilitation of technical trainings of Salesforce and/or Practice Management Software is preferable but not required
- Using training and content creation tools like Loom, Zendesk, Vimeo and customer service learning tools such as Intercom
- Andragogy (adult learning principles), needs analysis, learning plans, objectives for various learning levels e.g. Bloom's taxonomy, learning scope and sequencing
