Role Overview

Reporting directly to the Regional Head of Product, you will be responsible for delivering tailored telematics and AIoT solutions to Powerfleet's enterprise customers. This role will bridge the gap between technical capabilities and customer requirements, ensuring effective solution design, implementation, and post-deployment support. The role requires strong collaboration across internal teams, technical proficiency, and exceptional customer engagement skills to drive adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success.

This role plays a crucial part in expanding and maintaining the company's userbase by providing exceptional technical service and understanding to their customers.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales, product, and solution engineering teams to design and validate enterprise solutions.
  • Conduct pre-sales discovery, solution scoping, and proof-of-concept activities.
  • Lead technical demonstrations, training sessions, and onboarding for enterprise customers.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact during project implementation and post-go-live support.
  • Coordinate with internal project managers to ensure timely and successful solution delivery.
  • Proactively identify risks and troubleshoot issues throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Stay current on product updates, industry trends, and competitor solutions for enterprise customers.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have excellent software system knowledge and be agile enough to apply it in various different contexts. You will have outstanding communication skills and be able to work with both internal and external stakeholders. This role will need to deliver high-quality solution designs and system integrations aligned with customer business needs. Deep technical and software management experience is a must.
