Join us a Claims and Retention Specialist, where you'll champion ongoing support for customers and employers in DES and WFA programs, ensuring sustainable employment and remarkable outcomes
**It’s an onsite role with flexible arrangements available**:
**Full-time**: Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week
**Part-time**: Either 3 days per week with regular hours (9am to 5pm) or every weekday for 4 hours (during school hours)

**Description**:
What Awaits You
As our Claims and Retention Specialist you will ensure sustainable employment for DES and WFA program participants by providing ongoing support to both customers and employers. As part of this role you’ll enhance job retention and collaborate with employers to create future employment opportunities.
**Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
Maintain regular communication with customers and employers, offering mentoring and advice
Conduct workplace site visits to identify barriers to ongoing employment
Guide customers and employers on appropriate training and workplace diversity
Ensure service delivery complies with contractual requirements and organizational policies
Cultivate effective employer relationships to contribute to targets and KPIs
Collaborate with CoAct Central claims team to gather evidence for outcomes and payments
Deliver post-placement care to ensure employment continuity and milestone achievement
Perform risk assessments and take timely actions to mitigate risks
Manage daily schedules and appointments efficiently
Maintain accurate evidence and records
**Skills and Experiences**:
Essential Skills for Success
A solid understanding of WFA and DES outcome requirements
- People-centered case management principles
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet timelines and achieve KPIs
Excellent oral and written communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences
Resilient and strong problem-solving skills
Exceptional relationship-building skills, particularly with employers
Thrives in a target-based, fast paced environment
Confidence in facilitating and delivering small group trainings and workshops
Value-Add Experience & Qualification
Proficient in seeking non-traditional job roles for job seekers
Skilled in reverse marketing strategies
Proven mentorship and service delivery experience
Successful in negotiating with organizational leaders

Current and valid Australian Class C Motor Vehicle Licence
