**Description**:
What you can expect
You'll be at the forefront of driving success by nurturing relationships with key account service partner leaders and fine-tuning our retention support processes for optimal performance and revenue growth.
Your role will involve diving deep into the outcomes and quality of retention support across all Employment Services Areas (ESAs), pinpointing areas for enhancement, and coaching leaders to boost their effectiveness. Working closely with our partners and BP- Service Partner Performance, you'll lead the implementation of strategies to boost retention rates and exceed budget targets.
But that’s not all You'll also coach service partner leaders on best practices, covering everything from improving claim conversion rates to enhancing post-placement support.

**Skills and Experiences**:
Personal Attributes
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cordially with partners in a coaching and mentoring capacity
High attention to detail, out-of-the-box thinking, and problem-solving attitude, with a focus on optimising retention support processes and enhancing performance
Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement strategies and initiatives effectively
Value-Add Experience and Qualification
Extensive experience in the Disability Employment Service (DES) sector, with a strong understanding of the Documentary Evidence for Outcomes guidelines, Deed, and claiming processes within ESS Web
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
Ability to interpret and work towards set budgets, ensuring alignment with financial objectives
