**Business Engagement Manager (12 month Fixed Term Opportunity**:

You have both a strategic mindset to understand business goals and attention to detail to help them achieve them, with a desire to proactively engage and connect teams together to deliver data enabled outcomes for our business and our customers.
**In this role, you'll**:
Join as a relationship builder and translator to become the bridge between our Advanced Analytics and Insights (AAI) team and a portfolio of different business areas across Transport for NSW.
Your role involves understanding the strategies, priorities and programs of work of the business areas, and supporting the evolution and effective prioritisation of their data and analytics roadmaps to help them achieve their objectives.
Manage relationships with stakeholders at senior levels, acting as a primary point of contact and providing guidance and support to business areas on strategic decisions related to data, advanced analytics and insights.

**About you**
- You will have a Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated capability to influence and manage a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels, ensuring high stakeholder satisfaction by maintaining consistent communication and effectively managing expectations.
- Extensive background in data and analytics.
- Proven experience in delivering business partnering or consulting style services.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of contemporary Data Management and Business Intelligence approaches, as well as familiarity with the latest tools, techniques, and methodologies in data and analytics development and management.
- Comprehensive understanding and appreciation of both business and technology aspects of information management in complex enterprise organisations.
