Gallery Consultant

Due to our expansion, we have **two** brand new showrooms/stores opening in **Cannington** and **Osborne Park** and as such, we require passionate, driven, sales focused Gallery Consultants to join our family orientated team in both stores on a **Full Time**basis

You will be on the showroom floor as the face of the brand, assisting in bringing the customer's vision to life. This is a sales based role however, your background in design will aid in managing ideas from conception to delivery and achieving sales results and customer satisfaction.

**What do you do as a Gallery Consultant at Koala Living?**
Using your passion for interiors, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our customers' dreams to life. Whether it's helping them select the right furniture piece, assisting with selecting materials you will collaborate closely to create their ideal space.
- Build genuine connections with customers to understand their style and recommend curated solutions
- Provide expert advice on furniture, textures, and design pairings to help customers transform their spaces
- Engage with clients in-store, ensuring every interaction feels personal and professional
- Confidently provide quotes to our customers to convert opportunities into successful sales
- Work closely with your team to meet and exceed team KPI's
- Use our in-house systems to accurately process sales and manage customer details

**Who are we looking for?**
- 3-5 years Retail Sales experience, ideally within an interior design, furniture or related role
- **Must be available to work on weekends**:

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships - you’re someone who listens, connects, and responds with warmth and confidence
- A consultative approach focused on sales and customers
- Ability to create attractive displays in store with the VM guidelines
- Excellent organisational skills & time management, with the ability to handle competing demands
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you’re someone who listens, connects, and responds with warmth and confidence
- Drive and motivation to achieve goals in a supportive team environments

Pay: From $33.31 per hour
