**The opportunity**

Bupa Wellness deliver workplace health solutions for corporate clients with the ambition to be the best ‘healthcare partner’ in workplace health solutions in Australia. As the Onsite Wellness Coordinator, you will be responsible for the organisation wellness programs for a key client within Bupa.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administration support and coordinate logistics for Bupa Wellness activities, including scheduling, room bookings, ordering resources to support delivery, distribute marketing materials, and liaising with site contacts.
- Develop and implement a customised communication plan to increase awareness of and engagement in wellness services.
- Monitor and provide regular booking updates in the lead-up to wellness service delivery to ensure good engagement.
- Be the point of contact for wellness service facilitators at the Sydney head office and for online events.
- Other administrative tasks as directed by the Senior Program Manager - Onsite Team Lead.

**What do I need?**
- Administration experience (essential)
- Experience in marketing and/or event management (desirable however not essential)
- Passion for health & wellbeing and/or health insurance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and good organisational skills
