**Our role**

Our exciting role is perfect for an admin assistant, receptionist or customer service specialist seeking to utilise their knowledge & skills to support our company directors, team, clients & partners. You are a _well organised people person _with strong communication, relationship skills & a proven ability to learn new tasks quickly.

**Your new role**
- Administrative assistance & support for our 2 Directors
- Invoicing & payments
- Documents & reports preparation
- Own admin processes, meetings, client files & internal system
- Communicate & liaise with clients, partners & contractors
- Social media & marketing involvement

**You will have**
- Admin assistant/receptionist/customer service experience
- Excellent organisation, time & priority management

- Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office & Android phones
