We are currently hiring an **Acquisitions Development Manager** based out of our **Sydney**office.

Reporting to the Head of Acquisitions, this role is pivotal in identifying, assessing, and securing new land opportunities across **NSW & VIC**, preparing investment committee papers, and managing projects through the critical front-end phase, right up to development commencement. You’ll be instrumental in setting projects up for success, rationalising planning risks, and ensuring a smooth handover to the delivery team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Evaluate and prepare investment cases for prospective acquisitions, including feasibility studies and financial analysis.
- Identify and secure new opportunities, managing due diligence, deal structuring, and consultant engagement.
- Develop project budgets and business cases, ensuring alignment with financial metrics and strategic goals.
- Support project setup and transition, ensuring readiness for delivery and minimising planning risks.

**About You**
- Planning expertise with experience in NSW/VIC approvals and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical skills, including feasibility modelling and Excel proficiency.
- Resilient and driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume acquisitions environment.
- Nice to have skills (not mandatory): development delivery experience, land lease familiarity, and Estate Master exposure.
- Personal qualities: adaptable, collaborative, commercially minded, and open to regular travel across NSW & VIC.
