**The opportunity**

Lead and deliver process improvement initiatives across customer processes, enhancing Bupa Health Insurance's business capabilities. Coordinate with various teams, including CX, digital, automation, technology, finance, and risk management, to review and optimize core processes. Stakeholder management, facilitation, problem-solving, and customer-centric approach are crucial. Excellent communication, lean process improvement expertise, and a track record of successful project delivery are required. Manage multiple improvement projects simultaneously.

**This is a permanent full-time position, based in Melbourne or Sydney office. (Bupa offers hybrid working arrangements and you can work from the office or from home)**

**How will I help?**

**You will add value by**:

- Identify and prioritise PI opportunities through reviews and collaboration.
- Implement PI initiatives and support process owners with Lean Six Sigma tools.
- Provide coaching on waste elimination and data-driven decision-making.
- Govern, report, and embed sustainable improvements while fostering collaboration and communication.

**What do I need?**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in lean process improvement or continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of lean methodologies and tools (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma).
- Expertise in problem-solving and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and MS Office skills.
- Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
