Overview
As our Process Improvement Specialist, you'll drive meaningful change across Post Trade Operations. Your work directly impacts how we clear and settle customer transactions across ASX, Cboe Australia, and 15 international exchanges. You'll enhance processes that help customers manage their investments, from cash transactions to custodial services and tax reporting.

- Take ownership of process improvements that make a real difference to our operations and customers.
- Work collaboratively across teams, identify inefficiencies and create solutions that enhance our service quality.
- Create and maintain comprehensive procedures in Confluence, ensuring best practice and consistency across the organisation.
- Analyse complex operational data with Power BI and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Communicate recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and adoption.
What Type Of Person Will Be Successful
What Type Of Person Will Be Successful
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field, along with proven experience driving process improvements, ideally in financial services. Your Lean Six Sigma Green Belt highlights your ability to deliver meaningful change, while your skills in Power BI help you turn data into actionable insights. You’re also confident using Confluence (or similar tools) to keep processes clear and accessible.
What sets you apart is your analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong communication skills, paired with a collaborative, client-focused approach.
