
Business Process Improvement Manager

We are looking for a strategic and operational leader responsible for identifying, analysing, and optimising business processes across the organisation. This role drives efficiency, enhances service delivery, and supports scalable growth by leading initiatives that improve workflows, systems, and team structures.
Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, this role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives on solving complex problems, engaging stakeholders, and delivering measurable impact.
About the RoleAs our Business Process Improvement Manager, you will:
- Analyse and document current-state processes across departments
- Identify inefficiencies and design future-state workflows that drive performance
- Lead cross-functional projects to implement process enhancements
- Champion change management and stakeholder engagement
- Mentor and develop teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Map and evaluate business processes to uncover improvement opportunities
- Recommend and implement structural and procedural changes aligned with strategic goals
- Manage project timelines, resources, and communications across teams
- Facilitate training and support for new processes
- Monitor post-implementation success and refine as needed
- Build internal capability to sustain optimised practices
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Proven experience in project and change management
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
- People leadership and team development experience
- A strategic mindset with a practical approach to execution
