We an exciting opportunity to join Newell brands as a Demand and Supply Planner. Reporting into the Global Segment Planning Lead, the successful applicant will be a team player responsible for successfully managing end to end a segment portfolio from demand planning through and including supply planning. You will be working with multiple stakeholders including Suppliers, Sales & Marketing, Customer service, Supply Chain and our International Business partners.

**What will you will be responsible for?**
- Demand planning at Key Customer level for an ANZ business division
- Working closely with Sales teams on all relevant inputs and insights to ensure demand plans are aligned to the Sales Budgets
- Continuous improvement on all areas of forecast accuracy and customer trend analysis
- Prepare and present monthly S&OP/IBP reporting suits to management teams
- Perform monthly demand and supply cycle meetings with key leadership team
- Ensure monthly supply planning activities are completed
- Manage inventory for a portfolio and working with suppliers whilst maintaining stock levels in line with demand plans delivering exceptional customer service levels
- Raise purchase orders in line with processes and policies in a timely manner
- Ensure stock levels are maintained within agreed business parameters
- Ensure all relevant Supply Master Data is maintained in the ERP system
- Collaboration with the Sales teams conducting gap analysis reviews
- Run adhoc reports as required to support wider team’s requirements on all demand and supply related topics
- Review and highlight Excess and Obsolete inventory and projections with relevant stakeholders
- Prepare inventory stock projections to management
- NPD purchase orders tracked and communicated with sales teams.
**What do you need to be successful?**
- 2 years’ experience in a similar demand and supply role
- Proven skills and knowledge of SAP (APO and IBP) is preferred but not essential
- Strong business acumen and a customer centric mindset
- High level presentation skills, be an excellent communicator
- Proficient in Microsoft suite, especially excel
- Strong communication skills, passion for product & supply chain
- Ability to work as team as well as autonomously
- Be willing to learn, grow and develop in your role
