**About our role**:
Reporting to the Customer Supply Chain Director we have a newly structured role available for a Customer Supply Chain Manager, located in Scoresby, Lidcombe or South Brisbane you will lead collaborative opportunities and drive Supply Chain improvements that are mutually beneficial for internal and external parties.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Lead team of 3 Customer Specialists that add value to both our internal and external Supply Chains
- Ensuring internal and customer collaboration efforts meet our customer demand and replenishment needs are satisfied to maximize customer service in the most cost-effective way
- Ongoing evaluation of KPIs to ensure performance targets are achieved. Provide visibility to the business on customer KPIs
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive process improvements that improve service and efficiency

**About you**:

- You have a Bachelor of Business or Supply Chain
- Minimum 5 years Customer Supply Chain, Planning and or Logistics role in FMCG environment
- Proven experience making presentations to internal and external audiences with the ability to change communication style to suit situation, purpose and audience
- Continuous improvement mindset, able to identify and lead change
- Strong analytical skill including advanced excel. Able to quickly grasp the use of different systems, manage infrastructure and system challenges
- Experience of managing others either directly or indirectly (e.g. recruitment, feedback, coaching skills) and willingness to develop people around them
