**About the Opportunity**

The Yoghurts & Desserts (Y&D) division is looking for a Customer Supply Chain Manager who is ready to join the team to cover a parental leave position.

Reporting to the head of Supply Chain for Y&D, you will lead a team of VRP's and be the key contact for Y&D with our major customers. This role operates in a fast-paced and ever changing environment, and is constantly on the lookout for ways to improve customer service and cost.

The role can be performed from either our Sydney office in Lidcombe, or our Melbourne office in Scoresby.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Ongoing evaluation of KPIs to ensure performance targets are achieved. Provide visibility to the business on customer KPIs.
- Lead internal and customer collaboration efforts to ensure that our customer demand and replenishment needs are satisfied to maximize customer service in the most cost effective way.
- Work with all teams to identify root cause of issues and work with internal stakeholders on corrective actions.
- To create and maximize the information flow between the customer and Lactalis to ensure on-shelf availability.
- To work with our commercial teams to understand promotion plans in detail and to make sure these plans are executed as planned throughout the supply chain.
- To liaise with Supply Planning and Logistics/Transport team in the event of shortages or late deliveries.
- Provide the Sales and Demand Planning teams visibility, information and insights to aid forecast accuracy.
