**Your future team**
- We're hiring a Recruiter, reporting to the Recruiting Manager. You will join a team of sourcers and recruiters, with a mix of agency, start up and corporate experiences. We are scaling, so you will enjoy working with people on the same mission: finding the perfect person for the role. We take pride in playing as a team and contributing to the success of the company through hiring. We love to exchange ideas, so we can hire smarter, solve recruitment hindrances, and improve the hiring workflow. You will spend time with a diverse group of people globally who are just as motivated and creative as you are. With a thoughtful suite of products and an ever-evolving approach to our mission of building successful teams, there is an exciting story to tell about joining our team today

**What you'll do**:

- Smash hiring targets to build Atlassian from 8,000 to 25,000 employees globally
- Work directly with team members while influencing how teams are built
- Collaborate globally with our incredible Talent Acquisition function
- Educate and influence your hiring managers with your expertise and market insights

**Your background**:

- You have experience in full-cycle recruiting, gained from a mix of internal and agency environments
- You have a consultative and customer-focused approach with hiring managers
- You have deep experience finding information and are unafraid to ask questions
- You have experience elevating your team and woking collaboratively with others
- You understand and are curious about the software industry
- You have experience using data to support your market insights
- You have a passion for DEII hiring
