**Responsibilities**:

- Develop sourcing strategies to generate a sufficient pipeline, using a variety of innovative techniques including social networking and direct sourcing
- Establish relationships with client groups to understand their business objectives and challenges, to ensure the selection process results in quality hires
- Partner with the HR team on compensation, benefits, global mobility and everything in between

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years experience in end-to-end recruiting role, ideally with some experience in a corporate environment at a software or technology company.
- Experience recruiting for professionals across a wide range of Professional Services, Technical Services and Pre-Sales roles is advantageous
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience; proven ability to enable and guide leaders as a trusted advisor
- A proven record of employing creative sourcing strategies
- Possess a data-driven mentality, with demonstrated ability to use data to shape your recruiting strategy
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment while wearing many hats
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
