**Make an impact at Serco**
As a Corporate Affairs Advisor, you’ll make a positive impact by:
- Developing and implementing PR strategies to enhance Serco’s brand.
- Building and nurturing relationships with journalists and media outlets.
- Creating engaging content for social media, press releases, and other communications.
- Managing Serco’s digital communication platforms, including social media and corporate website.
- Tracking and reporting on media coverage to inform and guide strategy.

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in pitching ideas.
- Proven experience in public relations or corporate affairs (around 5 years desirable).
- Experience building and managing media relationships effectively.
- Familiarity with government or public service sectors highly regarded.
- A self-starter mindset with an eye for identifying positive story opportunities.
