**About the role**:
Reporting to the Engineering Manager within our Chef Fresh function, you'll be responsible for providing leadership and management of site reliability to deliver optimal equipment maintenance. As a Reliability & Maintenance Planning Lead you will develop and deliver maintenance work plans and schedules (Mechanical, Electrical and Site Services) ensuring spare part availability to reduce plant breakdown time across the entire site.

**About you and your skills**:

- Maintenance planning and operating experience with 5+ years in a Food or FMCG environment.
- Trade/tertiary qualification and/or relevant engineering/mechanical or electrical qualification.
- Sound working knowledge of developing preventative maintenance strategies.
- Experience in root cause analysis and asset optimization.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing a proactive preventative maintenance program.
- CMMS experience (MEX)
- Advanced Excel knowledge and analytical skills.
- Experience in leading and managing engineers, planners and maintenance staff is highly preferable.
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal) with the ability to build rapport and credibility across groups of stakeholders.
