You Will Be Responsible For
  • Administration and accurate data entry
  • Outbound calling
  • Receiving and responding to phone calls and email enquiries from clients
  • Sending purchase order requests, billing changes, and handling technical queries
  • Managing and communicating client lead time adjustments
About You

We are looking for an experienced administrator who is a high achiever and team player. In an open-plan environment you will be flexible, approachable, a problem solver with an eye for detail. You must be a confident communicator and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced setting.

Key Skills & Attributes
  • Recent experience in an office environment in Customer Service or Administration
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and strong telephone manner
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • IT savvy with experience in Microsoft Office
  • Experience liaising with customers in a high-volume environment is desirable
  • Knowledge of the building industry is highly regarded but not essential
