You Will Be Responsible For- Administration and accurate data entry
- Outbound calling
- Receiving and responding to phone calls and email enquiries from clients
- Sending purchase order requests, billing changes, and handling technical queries
- Managing and communicating client lead time adjustments
We are looking for an experienced administrator who is a high achiever and team player. In an open-plan environment you will be flexible, approachable, a problem solver with an eye for detail. You must be a confident communicator and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced setting.
Key Skills & Attributes- Recent experience in an office environment in Customer Service or Administration
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and strong telephone manner
- Good time management and organizational skills
- IT savvy with experience in Microsoft Office
- Experience liaising with customers in a high-volume environment is desirable
- Knowledge of the building industry is highly regarded but not essential
