**What you’ll do**:
We are seeking a commercially savvy and strategically minded Commercial Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager - Group Finance & Systems, you will provide financial and commercial support across all enabling functions, acting as a trusted partner by delivering insightful analysis, planning, and performance reporting to facilitate effective decision-making. You will also play a key role in partnering with enabling functions including Technology, People, Finance, Corporate Affairs, Legal, and the CEO Office to ensure clear and aligned financial management.

Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering financial modelling and analysis to support business cases, investments, and transformation initiatives, ensuring thorough financial evaluation, governance, and alignment with organisational priorities.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Extensive experience in commercial finance roles with experience in Technology, FMCG, retail or pharmaceutical.
- Demonstrated experience in management accounting, performance management and reporting and business planning and budgeting.
- Experience using large ERP systems & BI tools (SAP, BPC, MicroStrategy, or equivalent).
- Experience in financial evaluation of projects and initiatives and the preparation of formal business cases.
- Ability to provide value-add commercial and business advice to senior management.
- Demonstrated success in facilitating across functional teams to achieve alignment and shared understanding.
- Knowledge and understanding of an ASX listed company.
- Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing finance or commercial teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of and ability to be proficient in using Microsoft suite and common systems.
- CPA/CA qualified is desirable.
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance related discipline.
