**Some of the awesome things you'll be involved with**:

- Assist in the implementation and configuration of Salesforce Sales and Revenue Clouds.
- Provide day-to-day end-user support and assist users with best practices to improve and increase their knowledge of Salesforce.
- Perform administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
- Assist with the training of new users and nurture the Salesforce skill set across the organisation.
- Act as a liaison between users and the product team, communicating key insights and feedback.
- Maintain data integrity and security within the platform.
- Help identify, implement and support ongoing improvements to the platform.

**What you will bring**:

- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201)
- Experience with managing Salesforce systems - CRM (Sales Cloud), CPQ and Billing (Revenue Cloud)
- Experience with Jira and an agile working environment.
- Experience with CRM administration, system customizations and configurations.
- Experience with process mapping and optimisation.
- Strong understanding of security and compliance obligations and requirements.
- Excellent data entry and time management skills.
- An aptitude for diagnosing, analysing and resolving system challenges and familiarity of escalation processes.
- Experience in producing and maintaining technical documentation.
