- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration and implementation
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and processes, specifically Salesforce
- Proficient in SQL, AMPscript, and HTML/CSS
- Ability to analyse data and provide insights to improve campaign performance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification

**Desirable Criteria**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT or related field.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its functionalities
- Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud or Architecture certification(s) preferred
