This high-profile University is currently seeking a Salesforce Administrator to be a part of a fun and dynamic team responsible for ongoing administration and maintenance of the platform.

**Key activities**
- Execution of the assigned administration workload including creating users, updating profiles and permission sets, modification of page layouts, loading data, creating reports/ dashboards and addressing user requests as they arrive
- Perform Sandbox refreshes and maintenance, proactive planning for upgrades and seasonal releases

**Skills and experience**
- Experience in Salesforce Administration (standard and custom objects, security and access, user/ data/ activity management, reports and dashboards, workflows and process automation)
- Excellent problem analysis, root cause diagnosis and solving skills working effectively as part of a team of experts to resolve multi-functional problems
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation with experience in ensuring customer focus and strong relationship management skills
- Organised, detail oriented, accurate and adept at working independently as well as contributing to a positive team culture and working environment
