**Mission**: We’re redefining support for disability and aged care in Australia by helping people who are aging or living with disability to connect with independent support people in their community.

Reporting to Mable’s CTO, the Delivery Lead is both product and delivery focussed, responsible for keeping the team informed and delivering effectively. This includes clarifying business and customer needs, breaking down work with team members into stories and tasks, sequencing work and coordinating deliveries.

The Delivery Lead plays a significant role in maintaining and enhancing the delivery culture of excellence which prides itself on taking ownership and responsibility, and empowering stakeholders from across the business.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Delivery**:

- Work with stakeholders to ensure a coherent, visible, prioritised backlog is agreed upon and maintained.
- Run team rituals such as sprint planning, showcases, stand ups and retros.
- Build and maintain a clear view delivery metrics
- Assist when teams are working on solution design

**Coaching and Mentoring**:

- Ensure that team members work collaboratively and communicate clearly around current work and needs
- Sharing knowledge and expertise with other Engineering Manager and practice leads who have coaching and influencing as part of their role.
- Helping the broader business to understand the trade-offs on changing process versus building software
- Mentor promising potential delivery leads within the organisation
