**About the role**:
Our Coles Online team is growing as we continue to invest in delivering the best digital shopping experience for our Customers

Our Coles Online team is now seeking an Implementation Manager based in VIC to join the team on a **6 month secondment**.

***What you’ll be doing**:
Reporting to the National Deployment Manager and working collaboratively with various stakeholders within the Coles Group, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the implementation of eCommerce driven initiatives.

You’ll also
- Work collaboratively with various stakeholders
- Provide coaching and implement ways of working to enable the store team to utilise the technology & process
- Liaise with Store operations to ensure implementation and roll out is completed on time
- Communicate progress regularly and clearly to all stake holders
- Contribute to creating a high performing and continuous learning team culture

***You’ll need**:

- Experience in a supermarket management role
- Ideally, you have experience with COL management
- Experience in a project manager/co-ordinator or implementation manager role would be advantageous but not essential
- The ability to travel interstate is preferred (Short trips)
- The ability and willingness to work flexible hours is key to this role
